Blue States can tax millionaires and billionaires within their states to fund the things that need to be funded. In a way, by giving even more tax breaks at the federal level, Trump has made it that much easier for blue states to tax the same millionaires and billionaires to fund programs that are desperately needed. And for extra bonus, this means that the money raised within blue states doesn’t get to be sent to red states that don’t believe in these programs.

Good idea, but they have gutted the economy to such an extent that I don't know if even blue states will have the money to expand anything.
