Our Kickstarter Is Live. The Revolution Needs You.
The AllTheServices Kickstarter pre-launch is live. Here's your chance to own a piece of the post-platform future.
We’ve already built the backbone.
Phase 0 (decentralized relay network) is complete. No single point of failure. The mesh exists.
Phase 1 (resilient pings + location network) is live. You can use it right now at alpha.allthe.services.
Phase 2 (private messaging using the Signal protocol) is in active development—in public, not behind closed doors.
This isn’t vaporware. It’s running.
What we’re building is AllTheServices: a decentralized network that routes around the tyrants—the app stores, the cloud oligarchs, the gig platforms skimming 40% off workers’ earnings, the surveillance machines selling your attention to the highest bidder.
The Kickstarter pre-launch is live. If you want to be part of building the post-platform web—infrastructure owned by people, not corporations, sign up to be notified when the campaign begins (aiming for the second week of December 2025)
For a deep technical breakdown—how the relay mesh works, how we achieve decentralization without crypto nonsense, and how the 95/3/2 economic split functions—read the technical deep dive here.
Why the Kickstarter Matters
There is no venture capital behind this. No crypto token sale. No billionaire with a kill switch.
That means you decide if this gets built out to its full potential.
Kickstarter is how we:
Bring more independent nodes online.
Harden the relay mesh.
Finish private messaging with the Signal protocol.
Launch the first wave of services on the marketplace—owned by the people who run them.
This is the opposite of the usual tech story:
Early adopters build the value, platforms capture it, and when it scales, you get… a pat on the head.
With AllTheServices, you own your position from day one.
Who AllTheServices Is For
Anyone with a regular computer who wants to help keep the network online and earn for doing it—no deep tech skills required.
Gig workers & independents tired of platforms taking 30–40% of every job.
Creators & service providers who want to own their audience and income, not rent them from a platform.
People who want an internet owned by its users, not a handful of corporations—and who are done being fuel for surveillance capitalism.
If that’s you, you’re exactly who we’re building this for.
What Early Backers Get
We’re offering founding member badges—like Noderunner and UN-PLATFORMED—that do two things:
1. Early Economic Access
Founding members are first in line to:
Run relay nodes and earn from the infrastructure.
List services on the marketplace and build your client base before public launch.
Create content on a network that doesn’t skim your earnings.
This is infrastructure where:
~95% goes to providers in our marketplace.
~3% goes to Noderunners who keep the network alive.
~2% goes to running ATS.
0% goes to billionaires.
We will repeat that because it matters:
0% to billionaires, big tech, or advertisers. It all stays with the people.
2. Proof You Were Here
Some people like being able to say:
“I was there before it blew up.”
Fair enough.
Your badges are permanent. They’re proof you helped build the escape hatch when everyone else was still complaining about the cage.
Back the Revolution
The platform era is broken. A single AWS outage can take down a third of the internet. Apple removes lawful apps under political pressure. Algorithms decide what you see. Gig platforms extract half your labor.
We’re building the escape route. Where you’re more than just a consumer of an internet run and owned by others—you’re part of a network that belongs to all of us.
Step 1: Join Our Kickstarter
The first move is simple:
👉 Sign up for ATS Kickstarter launch notifications →
This is how we know how many people are ready to:
Run nodes
List services
Build on top of the network
Help us stress-test and harden the system
The more people on that list before launch, the stronger we start.
Step 2: Share the Escape Route
If you know someone who’s fed up with platforms skimming their labor, surveilling their data, or controlling what they see—show them the door out.
🔗 Visit and share the ATS project →
Know a gig worker? Send it.
Know a creator sick of algorithm roulette? Send it.
Know a dev who loves building infrastructure and hates crypto scams? Definitely send it.
Step 3: Support the Work Behind the Work
AllTheServices is infrastructure—but it was born from a political project: The American Manifesto and the broader work of building a non-fascist, non-plutocratic future.
If you think building actual infrastructure to route around corporate control is worth having in the world, and you want to keep that work going:
Paid subscriptions make it possible to keep building while others just tweet about it.
Your Move
We’re building this together. Every win, every bug, every challenge.
Have you tried the alpha yet? What’s your experience?
Are you a gig worker sick of platforms taking as much as 40%? What would keeping 95% mean for you?
Would you run a node? What questions do you have about becoming a Noderunner?
What features would make ATS indispensable for your work or community organizing?

This sounds like it could be very important and Im happy to see it happening now before its too late. I can tell you (et-al) have worked very hard to put all of the pieces together. Im not at all tech savvy, but how could you possibly keep bad actors or billionaires out from kickstarter even?
