Most of the judges appointed by Trump, including all of the SCOTUS justices, and the infamous Aileen Cannon, were appointed in Trump's first term, which preceded his oath violation. So removal is problematic at best.
Regarding the nullification of judicial appointments, it suffices that those from the 2nd term be void under the doctrine. As for SCOTUS justices, the six who pushed immunity would face exposure under the aid doctrine from part 4, as would Cannon herself, for they paved the way for the insurrectionist back into the white house. Cannon was reprimanded multiple times by the appeals court for improperly interfering. And the immunity decision is easily a direct attack on the very Constitution written to put an end to monarchic tyranny, on its own, before you account that it was delivered precisely to protect an inssurectionist on their way into the highest office.
