Honestly, I’m not sure, and that in itself is terrible, that we can’t confidently say that SCOTUS will do the obviously right thing.
I think it all depends on Roberts. The 4 other guys are pretty much a loss, but Amy Coney Barrett seems to be turning, :)

NEWS: Chief Justice John Roberts has issued an administrative stay pausing the court order requiring Kilmer Abrego Garcia, a man wrongfully sent to an El Salvadoran prison camp, to be returned by midnight tonight.
