Constitutional amendments take forever. They want a workaround. Their favorite (& prolly the easiest) scenario seems to be to run Vance for POTUS with Donald as the VP candidate. Then, when Vance is elected (as they're sure he will be), he'll resign & Donald will be president again. The funniest thing about this idea would be when Vance refuses to resign. Why would he!

This is also explicitly forbidden by the Constitution. The gameplay is going to be to undermine the courts so much between now and 28 that when the time comes, Rs don’t care when the Courts say that he can’t do it.

Not that explicit--the amendment says no President shall be *elected* for more than 2 terms. I think they wanted some wiggle room for situations where the President doesn't complete his term & the guy who takes over wants to run a couple more times. If he were elected twice more, he would be serving more than 2 terms.
