Sounds like not enough research was conducted. Whoever brought this action needs to find more. For instance, does DOGE have the appropriate security level clearance? If not, none of the other evidence matters. It can't be like, "Well, they don't have the proper clearance, but they didn't do any damage." YET!

Here's the thing, courts EXIST to address DAMAGE, not potential damage.

This is one of the main reasons why I keep on harping on why, WE THE PEOPLE, MUST NOT wait for the courts to save us. If they can do anything, it will likely be AFTER potentially irreversible damage has already been done, because that's how courts work BY DESIGN, to address AFTER THE FACT damage, not to prevent it.

I believe we will find out in less than a few years. These folks aren't really patience patients. The Ketamine pumped up pseudo genius and his shadow in command are much too childish to hold their "cards" to their chest.

No leaks my butt!!! I have been getting so much more spam in the last couple weeks in text and email and I am sure it's because DOGE stole our personal info and sold it. I'm sure we'll find out in a few years that that's what happened. You know... When it's way too late. Also, how is it permissible to steal our info just because it wasn't leaked?! Stealing is ok, now??? Wtf.
