Having worked at the FDa for five years, I can say that the loss of Peter Marks is a travesty. In any large bureaucracy there are people that are critical to the smooth functioning of the whole. My impression is that Peter was one of those people in an organization that protects the American public every day. It is sad that he left but I can certainly understand the frustrations of trying every day to do the right thing and being undercut by an idiot.

This is unbelievable. Former FDA Commissioner Dr. David Kessler was on with Rachel Maddow tonite & he said Dr. Marks was the guy who saved Donald's life by giving him monoclonal antibodies when he was in the hospital with covid. And this is the thanks Dr. Marks gets. If we knew then what we know now...
